• Докторирао из области биомедицинског инжењерства (заједнички докторат Машинског и Медицинског факултета Универзитета у Београду),1983.

• Усавршавао се на Медицинском факултету Универзитета у Аризони 1984-85 из области медецинских биотехнологија.

• Руководилац 6 пројеката које је финансирало Министарство за науку Србије ( један из области биомедицинске инструментације, један из молекуларне електронике, један из биоелектронике у оквиру генетског инжењеринга, нанотехнологија и ране детекције канцера коже и меланома), 1986-2006

• Руководилац 3 пројекта које је финасирала привреда и учесник на 5 пројеката, 1981-1990 и 1997-2001.
